Delivery Issues

If the package is lost or not received, please contact us (sales@champetre-et-champagne.fr) as soon as possible so we can investigate with the delivery services.
Returns
Returns can be handled by the seller champetre-et-champagne.fr if the order was delivered for free and if the client requests it through the online form. Any return without prior agreement from the seller champetre-et-champagne.fr customer service will remain at the client’s expense.
The product(s) must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, complete, and in a condition to be resold as new.

International returns are not covered.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred if you chose, where applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.
Instructions for Return

You can also fill out and submit the withdrawal form template or any other unambiguous statement by email to sales@champetre-et-champagne.fr. If you use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email).
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The return address will be confirmed to you upon prior return agreement provided by the seller champetre-et-champagne.fr customer service, and you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
